About Me

I am your average red blooded male that spent the first 10 years of my life consuming in every way possible. I drank, I ate, I smoked and I was certainly merry. In my mid to late 30's I settled down and had 2 kids and one day while I was pushing my trolley in an underground car park with baby in trolley and a smoke in my mouth, a lady came up to me and totally lambasted me. This was the start of my journey..

Shortly afterwards I went to a Naturopath and cleansed my body of toxins through a colonic hydrotherapy. I also researched acidic and alkaline body's and found our western diets were too acidic. I started taking the natural super food spirulina as a daily multivitamin and also chlorella. I would highly recommend you research these health enhancers for yourself.

Finally when I felt my body was cleansed from the many toxins of the past and was happy with my vitamin regime I started on my fitness journey and ultimately my fitness experiment.

I bought and carefully read and tried and tested most of the well known and some unknown 'fitness gurus' . I found that on the whole compared to other E Books in other subject areas, these guys were quite genuine in providing valuable fitness information and moreover they were all well qualified and had the bodies to prove their systems worked. There were no miracle cures only very specific training programs and ideologies that even advanced trainers would benefit from.

Most had mastered a technique like a certain METHOD of doing weights or a cardio program or a diet program or all of the above that was unique and most importantly gives you more bang for your buck in terms of time in versus body out.

I would recommend any of my recommended E Books to give you a great boost in productivity and results. The cost is well worth the result and in fact I would say my improvement in muscle mass, fat loss and nutrition was improved 100% on where I was prior to training under these METHODs for the same time contribution.
