Vince DelMonte is a natural competing fitness model and personal trainer that has hundrerd of people transform their bodies. Vince was originally very skinny and managed to pack on many pounds of lean muscle mass.

This E Book is a considerable 219 pages of condensed content on how to build lean muscle mass. As with the other bodybuilders his focus is on the 3 key areas of weights or resistance training, nutrition to grow muscles and cardio to cut down fat and show muscle definition.

The main goal of the book is to show you how to grow muscle mass effectively. It covers chapters on body building myths, hw to grow muscle, maximizing he body's hormonal responses , and massive eating ad nutrition amongst a number of others.

The overall principles of building muscle mass here is similar in nature in a round about way to Sean Nalewanyj. Vince certainly has some specific and well thought out unique programs and ideas on how to superset for maximum intensity, a unique ideal rep rang and METHOD of growth and hypertrophy which makes this e book well worthwhile in and of itself.

The section on nutrition is excellent and Vince also believes in HIIT although sample HIIT sessions are not included.

Overall an excellent all round e book that challenges Muscle Gain Truth in terms of content and as a solid training strategy. The only reason I did not shortlist this was because it was too similar overall to Muscle Gain Truth which I chose first. I also chose Sean because I liked his writing style.

I would strongly recommend this e book to anyone interested Vince's ideas as it would be in the top 3 for body building e books available and is a complete fitness system for those interested in building muscle mass in the gym.
