Holly goes through nutrition meticulously without getting you bored. She lists the foods that need to be eaten but furthermore is very clear on how to organize your food around your life and how to make nutrition easy for a busy mum. Included are some example meals, a meal planner and good information on metabolism and how to keep it activated. This is by far the best diet and nutritional program available for women.

Joel Marion has been a qualified trainer since 2004 and found the Cheat Your Way Thin Diet completely by accident on a mission to get in the best shape of his life. He Found however that after a major ‘cheat’ he actually lost weight, and alas this book.
The main thrust of this book is a diet specific to losing weight by eating a healthy diet and avoiding your body going into starvation by tricking it into believing your back on a high calorie diet for good.

Commendation
