This E Book is around 100 pages long and contains information on diet, nutrition and a little on exercise.

The book is written in a tip format e.g. Aha Moment #1, Aha Moment#2 etc.

Most of the book gives you general tips on what to eat, what not to eat, what drinks to avoid, tips on staying positive, tips on exercise and so forth.

Overall there were no secret formulas of any kind and personally I did not find this type of general information useful. There were no specific diets or exercise routines included only general tips on diet and exercise.
